Delegate Howell moves to amend the enacting section of the bill on page one, after the enacting clause, by striking out the enacting section in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new enacting section as follows:

“That §29-5A-1, §29-5A-3, §29-5A-3b, §29-5A-5, §29-5A-15, §29-5A-20 and §29-5A-24 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted, all to read as follows:”
